Privacy notice
This notice explains what Bookings Desk does with the details you share through this site. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you choose to give them, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you put in your note.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, including preparing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask us about. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we hold them for up to twelve months, so we have a record of the conversation if you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are not sold, rented or traded to anyone. They are read only by the people at Bookings Desk who handle your request.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The page loads its typefaces from a public font service, which receives the ordinary technical information any web request carries.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to caroline.carlisle@bookingsdesk.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it.
